Position Details: Pay: $20.00/hr Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Qualifications:Candidates should have: High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills and data entry experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and positive attitude Ability to multitask and adapt to change Self-motivated with problem-solving skills Good math skills Willingness to work overtime Team-oriented mindset In this role, you will operate machines, troubleshoot thread breaks, and manage materials by preparing alcohol solutions and inspecting bobbins for quality. You'll accurately record production and quality metrics, package and label products for shipment, and maintain a clean work environment through sweeping, vacuuming, and waste removal. Additionally, you'll conduct friction quality tests, record scrap weights, and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth handoff between shifts. Attending scheduled meetings and assisting in other areas as needed will also be part of your responsibilities.
