Requirements



  • 3 years of experience working in the substance abuse, behavioral, and/or mental health treatment setting
  • A master's degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field


Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Salary | $55,000 - $70,000

Licensed Therapist Job Duties



  • Provide holistic and therapeutic treatment counseling to clients.
  • Supply the resources and tools needed for clients with a substance abuse disorder to re-enter society as productive citizens.
  • Create individualized treatment plans.
  • Complete routine inspections of residential and transitional living clients.
  • Properly document therapy sessions.
  • Establish rapport with clients and their families.
  • Complete screenings, intakes, and assessments for clients.
  • Remain up to date with agency, state, and federal Codes of Ethics.
