Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Supervisor - Law Enforcement Team
The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Senior Investigator II supervises various AML processes, which might include suspicious activity investigations, currency transaction reporting, global sanctions screening, enhanced due diligence or other AML processes. The associate will work closely with AML Process Managers to perform other critical functions. The associate is also responsible for planning and conducting processes related to anti-money laundering and global sanction activities as well as managing the workflow of the AML analysis. The AML Senior Investigator II coaches their team and teaches others about AML processes through training and education. Additional responsibilities will include:
Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification - At least 2 years of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) experience within financial services. - At least 1 year of people management experience Preferred Qualifications: - 4 years of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) experience within financial services. - Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification - 2 years of people management experience At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $99,500 - $113,600 for AML Sr. Investigator II Illinois (Hybrid On-Site): $92,800 - $105,900 for AML Sr. Investigator IICandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
