Job Title: New Business Outside Sales Representative

Location: Northwest Indiana & Surrounding (Travel required)

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated New Business Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities within your assigned territory, setting appointments with decision makers, and educating them about our uniform and facility service solutions. Our Sales Representatives enjoy a generous base salary, monthly commissions, and quarterly bonuses.

Essential Duties:



  • Consistently prospect and close new business accounts.
  • Travel to client sites within your assigned zip codes, in office (Mount Prospect, IL) one day a week
  • Assess customers' business needs and recommend tailored products and service solutions.
  • Negotiate service agreements and coordinate new account installations.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred.
  • Proven success in outside sales and/or B2B sales is a plus.
