Staffmark is excited to offer a direct hire opportunity for a skilled Microbiologist in Dallas, NC. This role is pivotal to our Food Safety and Quality team, where you'll help ensure that our operations align with company goals and initiatives. Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM As a Microbiologist, you will collaborate closely with the Quality, Product Development, and Operations teams to provide scientific expertise and innovative solutions to food safety and quality challenges. Key responsibilities include inspecting and sampling incoming raw materials, conducting tests on in-process and finished products, and summarizing data from both internal and third-party testing. You will lead Environmental Monitoring Programs (EMP), train staff, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additionally, you will conduct risk assessments, resolve food safety and quality issues, support product launches, and design scientific studies that meet regulatory standards. Responsibilities:
