MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, education, finance or related field
EXPERIENCE:
1. At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Master of Health Administration, Master of Business Administration, or equivalent degree
EXPERIENCE:
1. At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting.

* Plans, coordinates, and oversees the development and progress of projects in collaboration with appropriate internal and external customers.
* Responsible for assuring the designated project is proceeding according to agreed upon timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters.
* Gathers and analyzes data using defined statistical methods and applications to report on key metrics and trends
* Prepares visual presentations and documents for healthcare executives and physicians
* Prepares newsletters for physicians
* Prepares and distributes correspondence for the Chief Medical Officer to facilitate on-going communications and efficient operations.
* Drafts policies and procedures to comply with organizational objectives
* Conducts surveys and analyzes responses
* Completes a wide range of tasks using Microsoft Office products such as emails, reports, notes, or schedules, in an accurate, neat and timely manner as assigned.
* Serves in other duties as assigned

* Excellent organizational skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to translate ideas into documents and presentations
* Ability to produce highly professional, polished and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word
* Proficiency with Excel and its basic statistical and analytical functions
* Ability to produce professionally appearing newsletters with Microsoft Publisher
* Proficiency with Microsoft Visio
* Ability to design, conduct, and analyze surveys

Additional Job Description:

Individuals with a marketing background is preferred in this role.
