Position Overview:

The Dallas Market
President is responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance in
Dallas and contiguous counties. This role focuses on driving top-line revenue
growth across multiple lines of business, including Commercial Banking, Commercial
Real Estate, Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Treasury Solutions. They will
oversee direct reports, including Commercial Bankers and Commercial Real Estate
Bankers, ensuring effective business development and relationship management.
This position requires a strong commitment to upholding the bank's strategic
plan and fostering a modern, innovative, and digitally capable institution.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide strategic direction for the Dallas region, aligning closely with Sales & Service Executives to develop and maintain a growth-focused sales culture.
  • Drive the growth of new profitable relationships and deepen existing client relationships across all lines of business.
  • Ensure all solutions proposed to clients meet their short- and long-term needs.
  • Lead the business development culture for Commercial Banking, Private Banking, Mortgage, and Wealth Management, including active participation in client and prospect calls.
  • Represent Broadway Bank in the community, increasing brand awareness and promoting a positive image of the bank.
  • Work closely with the marketing communications team to support and promote the bank through brand awareness, product campaigns, public relations, media relations, and event management.
  • Develop and implement region-specific products and pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning in the market.
  • Oversee the annual budget for the Dallas region, coordinating with other partners to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Foster an environment focused on risk and risk management activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Create accountability among direct reports, ensuring appropriate goals and objectives are set and achieved.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Leverage the assigned donation budget for community charities and organizations, reinforcing the culture of community involvement and meeting CRA goals.
  • Promote an environment focused on efficiency and continuous process improvement.
  • Stay informed about legislative and regulatory changes impacting the banking industry.
  • Actively participate in various committees, including the Senior Officers Loan Committee, ALLL, Strategic Planning, and ALCO.
  • Conduct regular staff and employee meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the safety and soundness of the bank's assets through oversight of day-to-day activities.
  • This position may require travel within the Bank's geographic area.


Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of 10 years of senior-level bank management experience in a commercial credit position, with a relationship banking philosophy.
  • Experience in Commercial Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth Management; preferred.
  • Strong skills in Business Development and Relationship Management; preferred.
  • Management responsibility at the division level or experience in managing several distinct lines of business.
  • A 4-year college degree from an accredited university with an emphasis in Business, Finance, and/or Accounting.
  • A master's degree in a related field and/or advanced financial services-related education; preferred.

  • Generalist knowledge of all components of banking.
  • Strong proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Suite and CRM platforms.

Other Requirements:

  • Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull weights or otherwise move objects weighing as much as10 lbs. on a regular basis and/or for extended periods of time during the workday.
  • Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required.
