If you are an experienced leader with a passion for civil engineering, then this is the job for you. As the Engineering Services Manager, you will oversee a talented team of engineers and surveyors working on a variety of municipal projects. You will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring quality and compliance, and fostering a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of engineers and surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure project alignment with community needs. Mentor team members, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative work environment. Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct people management within an engineering or technical environment. Proven experience managing municipal projects is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals. Proficient in project management tools and software.
