The Associate Clinical Manager is responsible for managing a unit/department by implementing and maintaining specific policies, procedures, and guidelines; leading team members in providing direct patient care by demonstrating expert clinical knowledge; ensuring compliance with quality and safety initiatives and practices; and partnering with a multidisciplinary team in meeting the clinical needs of patients and families. The Associate Clinical Manager also provides leadership and management to unit/department team members. Finally, the Associate Clinical Manager in periods when volumes are high and mandates, will serve as the charge therapist by preparing schedules and assigning team members to patients, overseeing the general flow of patient care and serving as a liaison to the resource therapists. Additionally, you'll have the chance to assist with bronchoscopies in the operating room. Salary Information Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $84,558.69 to $126,838.03Hourly Salary Range: $40.65 to $60.98 Benefits Information Here, you matter.
