Maintenance Technician



Location: Watertown, WI | Direct Hire | Pay: $30+/hr (DOE), shift differential for night shift | Schedule: Mon-Thurs night shift 10:30pm to 7am - set schedule


Position Summary:
Support maintenance teams in repairing and maintaining company assets and fabricating/installing new equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and adjust equipment.
  • Fabricate parts from metal, plastic, or wood.
  • Monitor and maintain plant systems (boiler, compressors, water processing, etc.).
  • Assist Plant Engineer with layouts and capital asset purchases.
  • Support plant safety and security systems.
  • Order parts and accessories.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
  • Lift up to 55 lbs, stand up to 4 hours, perform repetitive bending.
  • Basic math and hand tool skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, integrity, teamwork, and adaptability.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude (motors, gears, bearings, etc.).
