The Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations, including managing and supervising professional and/or support staff to ensure the delivery of quality and safe patient care. As a member of the Oncology Service Line (OSL) team, the Clinic Director is tasked with developing and implementing strategies to enhance the program's enterprise and services, aiming to provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care. The Clinic Director reports to the Senior Director of Administration and Clinical Operations, OSL, and maintains a collaborative relationship with the Clinic Medical Director and the Director of Clinical Stem Cell Laboratory of the BMT Programs, in addition to Ambulatory Administration and Hospital Administration.
