Description

A 6-bed general adult psychiatric unit, whichservices patients who may have experienced acute psychiatric illnesses and any other co-occurring disorders. It will provide a low stimulus environment focusing on both safety and symptom stabilization with the goal of transferring the patient to another adult unit when appropriate. Summary:
The Psychiatric Technician role is responsible for maintaining a safe and therapeutic setting and implementing individualized treatment plans in cooperation with treatment team members by providing care and emotional support to patients and assisting with the collection and documentation of data.

Position Highlights:

  • Sign-on bonus: Up to $2,000, amount prorated for part-time
