Staffmark, in partnership with a leading client in West Memphis, AR, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Production Assembler to join our growing team. This is a key role in the assembly line process, where you will work alongside a collaborative manufacturing team to ensure efficient and accurate production. If you're looking for a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity that keeps you active throughout the day, this could be the perfect fit!

Pay and Schedule:



  • Pay: $16.00 per hour
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Overtime: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional mandatory weekend overtime


As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly line operations, focusing on building displays and ensuring a smooth production process.

Key responsibilities include:



  • Assemble and build displays according to production specifications and blueprints.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Manage and organize materials needed for assembly, ensuring they are available and in good condition.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Adhere to all safety and company policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours per day.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching are required.
  • Ability to handle and manipulate various tools and components.
  • Capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
