Job Summary
Fishbeck is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as an Internal Communications Coordinator. The Internal Communications Coordinator is responsible for fostering transparency, engagement, and alignment within the organization by developing and managing communication strategies that connect employees with the firm's vision, values, and goals. This role will lead communications for key internal initiatives, maintain an organization-wide communications calendar, and support employee engagement through targeted campaigns. Collaborating closely with designers and technical teams, the coordinator will ensure all internal communications are cohesive, consistent with brand standards, and accessible across multiple platforms. Additionally, the role will support communication needs for internal events, and work cross-departmentally to maintain unified messaging.
Primary Functions


  • Develop and maintain a firm-wide communications calendar, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align with organizational priorities.
  • Lead communication efforts for special projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Enhance employee engagement through targeted internal communication campaigns.
  • Oversee internal communications across various channels (emails, digital signage, collateral) to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Craft and implement communications that convey the firm's vision and reflect organizational values and culture.
  • Collaborate with designers, technical staff, and other stakeholders to create brand-aligned collateral optimized for multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate with departments like marketing, HR, and support services to maintain messaging consistency and align with company goals.
  • Ensure consistency in tone and style across all communications, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Support communication needs for events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.



Minimum Physical Requirements
Mobility to work in an office setting, use standard office equipment, visual acuity to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone. Desired Education/Licensure
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Desired Skills/Experience


  • 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related marketing communications roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.
