Job Summary:

The Commercial Training Specialist will be responsible for visual renderings which will be used to train, support, and guide processes in the commercial sales, operations, and marketing space. The goal of this position is to create quality "go to" resources where beginners, intermediate, and in some case advanced salespeople can get very detailed knowledge about customers, vendors, design firms and more. These documents will also allow us to continually download valuable essential knowledge from our more experienced staff. The tools created by this role will be used to achieve consistent successful outcomes, scalability, and accountability.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and maintains very detailed resource documents for customers, vendors, products categories, and engineering design firms; makes changes as needed.

  • Creates high quality tailored marketing visual presentations directed at very specific audiences. (Design firms, Municipalities, Construction firms, Real Estate boards, etc.)

  • Creates and keeps current training tools for teaching and learning the commercial category.

  • Creates visual accountability reporting for all segments of commercial category.

  • Research market trends and developments relevant to the commercial category.

  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years' experience in creating high-quality marketing content.

  • Solid commercial aquatic industry knowledge.

  • Proven working experience training and developing others.

  • Microsoft Power Platform certification (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

  • Extensive Microsoft Power Point skills.

  • Detail-oriented work style with strong organizational, planning and presentation skills.

  • Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of Excel.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe and similar editing tools.

  • Ability to work effectively without oversight.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related fields preferred.

The annual compensation for this position Nationwide is between $68,000 and $92,000 based on a full-time schedule. Additionally, this position may be eligible for relocation or cost of living adjustments. The application window for this position is expected to close after 30 days of posting, but will remain open until filled.

Your total compensation (pay, benefits, and bonuses) will be adjusted based upon your job classification, hours worked, and length of employment.
