When days cannot be added to a life, we add life to remaining days. Our multidisciplinary teams offer culturally-sensitive, end-of-life and palliative care services to patients and their families at home or in assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. Oversees and conducts orientation, training and education to all members of Hospice & Palliative Care teams and The Institute. Responsible for establishing all educational modules and training kits as needed. Supervises day-to-day activities of Staff Development Educators. Demonstrates strong critical-thinking, problem-solving skills and knowledge of Medicare/ Medicaid/ Private Insurances as well as the Hospice Conditions of Participation. Demonstrates the ability to make effective decisions concerning job performance.
