Number of Job Openings Available: 1Date Posted: February 18, 2025Department: 31607310 Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute Transitional Rehabilitation Program TherapyShift: Day (United States of America)Shift Length: 8 hour shiftHours Per Week: 0Union Contract: Non-Union-NCTWeekend Rotation: Every OtherJob Summary: The Transitional Rehabilitation Program (TRP) is a 48-bed rehabilitation unit that is part of the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute (CKRI) located on the Golden Valley Campus.*The TRP provides comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services to assist adults, who has sustained neurological event/injuries, in gaining independence. *Licensed as a skilled nursing facility, but function as an inpatient rehabilitation unit oPatient population: primarily neurological diagnoses (Stroke, Traumatic and non-traumatic brain injury, traumatic/non-traumatic spinal cord injury and limb loss) *The TRP's goal is to help patients transition to home or community setting after their rehabilitation stay. Our average client length of stay is 60 days; our population's average age is 55 years. *The multidisciplinary team includes Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physiatrists, nurses, social workers, care navigators, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, therapeutic recreation specialists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, as well as other individuals. Job Description: Provides care that is appropriate, efficient, and effective in meeting the customer's requirements for occupational therapy in a hospital, outpatient clinic, home health, mental health, skilled nursing facility or community based settings.

Pay Range Pay Range: $33.49 to $45.90 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
