Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$20.16 - $20.16 / hour

Summary

Provides high-quality diagnostic electrophysiographic exams in accordance to the policies and procedures that are provided by the Lee Health Cardiovascular Department. Technicians must be proficient in EKGs, rhythm strips, stress tests and holter monitors. The position requires participation in 'on call' rotation, available for overtime and be able to work flexible hours and days of the week to include weekends as determined per specific department needs.

Experience Requirements

Heart Central, EMT, or Paramedic experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire. Basic department specific EKG certification is required within 6 months of hire date.

Other Requirements

Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills.
