The Material Handler ESC performs a broad range of RMA receiving and inventory activities. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be experienced in Material Handling concepts such as FIFO Procedures, Problem Solving, and Inventory Accuracy. Must exhibit precision, organization, and attention to detail; and participate in the working environment with a positive attitude and striving for continuous improvement.

This position is 100% onsite in Snoqualmie, Washington

Early schedule: start time no earlier than 6:00 AM and no later than 7:00 AM Monday - Friday!


Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer units are received into the ERP and forwarded to technicians the same day of receipt from receiving.
  • Decontamination of customer units, when needed.
  • Updating Service Calls as needed.
  • Prepare customer units for shipping.
  • Ensure repaired units are shipped to the correct customer site.
  • Prepare loaner units for use and shipping. Assist in processing FCERT Inventory.
  • Back up for material planner for keeping technicians stocked with required parts and products.
  • Maintain an orderly and safe working environment to ensure cleanness and employee safety.
  • Uphold the Company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • It is the responsibility of every Spacelabs Healthcare employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or additional relevant experience in lieu of education.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English - follow instructions, relay information, provide feedback and respond to questions both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers to achieve shared departmental goals.
  • Must have the ability to create and maintain productive working relationships within the work team and with other functions.
  • Knowledge of MFG Pro System, preferred.
  • Must be capable of becoming certified of operating necessary equipment within the first month of employment. Ability to use pallet jack and other tools.
  • Ability to remain on feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to reach, bend and lift up to 40 lbs on a daily basis.
  • Willing to work OT when requested.
  • Organized approach and able to perform work as instructed.
  • Good quality and safety work habits.
  • Basic computer skills required (including Word, Excel).
  • Successful completion of Spacelabs training required (including training done at Company location). Must become fully competent in the application and operation of all products in all care areas.
