Highlights of your role

Understand the effects of equipment and processes on the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production metrics in your designated production area.

Communicate regularly with a wide range of individuals including production associates, supervisors, maintenance, engineers, and managers.

Leverage technical skills to discover, define, and recommend projects to help production improve on metrics.

CAD abilities, Cost Justifications, Project/Work Planning, Root Cause Documentation, Writing Standard Work Procedures, fine attention to detail

Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday through Friday

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

High school education with 1-3 years applicable trades experience

Also want to make sure you have

General mechanical knowledge

Ability to understand sophisticated processes and solve problems

Experience with CAD, Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word preferred
