Description Leidos is seeking qualified Migration Execution Scrum Master to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team, who will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies. The Scrum Master will lead and support project execution especially as it pertains to working with DEVOPS best practices. The Scrum Master employs robust development, test, and production environments and will ensure projects are delivered on time and track and mitigate risks to cost and schedule. This role requires an experienced Agile Scrum Master to work on a large-scale agency migration effort. They will be responsible for facilitating and engaging with multiple teams as a part of a larger Agile Release Train (ART) delivering value to the customer using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as the agile framework. They will help educate the project teams in Scrum or Kanban to ensure that the agile processes are being followed. They will help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. They will work with team members, with other Agile Scrum Masters, and with support personnel to ensure that the team's commitments at the Program Increment (PI) Planning are met. They will facilitate horizontal communication across team members to identify any impediments that may prevent team progress while working mitigation plans. Primary Responsibilities
