The Contract Support Manager will support the Sales team by facilitating the completion of bids and sales contracts via an internal request inbox. The Contract Support Manager will work independently to manage the execution of incoming and ongoing customer contract-related documentation. The role will report directly to the AVP of Deal Desk.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contract-support inbox, adding new requests to the project tracker and delegating tasks to the Senior Coordinator or other appropriate personnel.

  • Manage the Senior Contract Support Coordinator

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of tracking systems for ongoing and past contract-related activity through various portals and management tools, including Smartsheet.

  • Oversee and develop the archiving process of contracts within Smartsheet and the Google Workspace.

  • Serve as a resource to other teams for reporting on current and previous contract documentation.

  • Oversee all ongoing contract development, maintaining communication with all stakeholders to deliver internal and external deadlines.

  • Maintain project plans for ongoing contract-related projects and collaborate with Amplify teams, including Legal, Finance, and Engineering, as required.

  • Consult with AVP on upcoming contract "events" and oversee their status on an ongoing basis.

  • Lead and manage notes with ongoing action items for Contract/Legal check-in meetings to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve long and short-term issues to ensure continual improvement and timely completion of contracts.

  • Oversee process-related documentation and contract content library as needed.

  • Manages and delegates all required editing, printing, assembly, and delivery of contracts

  • Is designated notary for required contract execution

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree

  • 4+ years of experience using technologies such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and Adobe Software to develop spreadsheets, draft templates, and general PDF formatting

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating contract review or contract processing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A passion for K-12 education

  • Experience working for a K-12 education company

  • Demonstrated attention to detail

  • Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling ability

  • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills

  • Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, data-driven environment

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross annualized salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
