Dining Services Director

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a culinary rock star to join the team at Brightview Port Jefferson as our Dining Services Director!

By managing Dining operations for the front and back of the house, this Director plays a key role regarding customer service, providing excellent meals, and by helping to set a vibrant tone in our community.

As the Dining Services Director, you will get to:

• Use your wide variety of skills to effectively manage the day to day Dining Services operation.
• Build your team! Hire, coach, and manage a team of customer service oriented Chefs, Dining Servers, and Utility associates.
• Bring the fun! At Brightview we pride ourselves on our vibrancy and our Dining Services Director plays a huge role in community events, marketing our community and when it comes to making Brightview a fun place to work.
• Design menus that are sophisticated and nutritious.
• Responsibly manage the department's budget.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment at all times.

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

• You bring at least 2 years of Food Service Management experience to the table.

• You have strong communication and technological skills.
