Senior Regulatory and Natural Resources Consultant McMillen, Inc. is looking for a Senior Regulatory and Natural Resources Consultant to join our Hydropower Licensing and Natural Resources team. Primary responsibilities will be to provide support to a team of regulatory experts, scientists, and engineers to prepare hydropower licensing, permitting and compliance documents, perform consultation with agency and stakeholder groups, and support project management activities in accordance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) requirements. Other key responsibilities include providing project support for hydropower licensing activities, organization and coordination of complex documents, management of deliverables, and collaboration with clients, in-house project staff and sub-contractors. The preferred location for this position is in Seattle, Boise, or Portland, but will consider remote or hybrid arrangements depending on experience. Responsibilities:
