Work with Staff Systems AV Engineer on new office builds: Assume internal project management responsibilities (scheduling, issue management, owner-furnished equipment procurement, staging & handoff) Assist with commissioning of the spaces Assist with Vendor management and external resource coordination. Help manage and audit online tools Develop new and maintain existing documentation of processes owned by the A/V Engineering team Tier 3 support escalation: Take the lead on troubleshooting issues that are identified but unresolved by the AV Operations team Involve and take direction from other team members as required to resolve issues Work cross-functionally to ensure cooperation with A/V Operations and Events teams *Skills:* Audiovisual, Install, Support, Video conferencing, Video, Audio, Installation, Troubleshooting *Top Skills Details:* Audiovisual,Install,Support,Video conferencing,Video *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* - On site (usually 3-4 days per week). Flexible but typically not 5 days, depends on if team needs to be together for specific projects. Typically 8-5 PST timeframe - Handle AV engineering - Team of 3 looking for 4th - Helping keep team together (Scheduling meetings, help keep team organize in Jira) - Have every other day standup meetings, somebody who is proactive - Little bit of PM, little bit of engineering (primarily engineering) - Auditing online tools - Documentation for processes (how to setup a new device) - Support escalation (getting tickets from the tier 2 team). This person should be able to be a line of defense for tier 3 tickets (shooting for tier 2) - AV team is 3 teams: events, AV ops keeps lights on and sweeps through conference rooms etc, new office builds is primary function for this AV team - Video systems, Q-SYS and Crestron, SSH/CLI communication specifically are preferred - Humility is very important, somebody who knows what they don't know - 50/50 PM and troubleshooting - Idea is to eventually be able to hand off small projects - OAC meetings is something that was touched on a lot - meetings around construction, a lot of new room construction - This person is going to be heavily involved with Procore (construction software - not mandatory as they'll learn on the job, but preferred) *Experience Level:* Intermediate Level Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
