We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to manage accounts, resolve payment issues, and ensure timely order approvals.

As a key member of our team, you'll need to be fluent in both Spanish and English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.

If you have 6+ months of customer service experience, a sharp eye for detail, and are comfortable navigating Microsoft Office, we'd love to hear from you.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Requires verbal and written fluency in both Spanish and English
• Six (6) months of customer service experience in an office environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and make sound decisions without immediate supervision
• Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate to internal and external customers

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Coursework towards Associate's Degree
• One (1) year of clerical experience in an office environment
• Six (6) months of experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Six (6) months of deduction experience
• iSeries or SAP experience
