Intern - Commercial Construction - Summer 2025

Are you a college student who is interested in a career in construction? The Weitz Company is hiring an Intern to join our Florida team for the 2025 summer. Internships provide students with hands-on work experience on a project site or in a local office to assist with daily operations, while working alongside our team of talented professionals, many with decades of experience. It is important to us to ensure our students are successful, and we work hard to ensure the experience is a rewarding one. Oftentimes, internships lead to full-time job offers upon graduation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
  • Strong time management skills

  • Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to learn job-related software
