Qualifications

"The pay range for this position starts at $21.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Customer Experience Rep

About the Role: As a Concierge in the Customer Service department, you will embody hospitality by delivering exceptional service and support to our customers and guests. Your primary duty will be to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for those seeking information, assistance, or support. From welcoming guests to addressing their requests, your role will boost customer satisfaction and nurture positive relationships. In addition, you will process and deliver incoming mail to employees within the corporate environment. You will also manage all outgoing packages by packaging items, ensuring accurate labeling, and coordinating pickups from the post office, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients with a friendly, professional, positive energy.
  • Answer incoming calls from 1-800 line and be able to deal with questions, address complaints and redirect them and/or take messages.
  • Maintain/Control visitor access database with building security
  • Register visitors/guests and announce them to appropriate personnel.
  • Provide general office information to visitors/guests.
  • Monitor office and kitchen/pantry (3) supplies, place orders and restock as necessary.
  • Receive products, letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
  • Schedules and maintains the calendar for conference rooms.
  • Coordinate conference rooms set ups with building services, as needed.
  • Provides support for teams when necessary
  • The "go to" person on the floor focused on delivering a "White Glove" hospitality-based experience; responsible for providing information and direct assistance while interfacing with all other office services.
  • Optimization of conference rooms and workspaces, making sure space that is booked is being used.
  • Create and delete ID badges using Exela's customers' ID badge system.
  • Real time support for meetings on all floors, checking in with admins before meetings begin, providing a floor-based point of contact for additional support; Inspect the facilities, systems and common areas and report abnormalities to the respective Facilities Manager
  • Visible support, on the floors, for colleagues and visitors, focused on connecting them with the right people/resources to get what they need and responding to ad hoc questions.
  • Place orders for office supplies where applicable using Exela's customers' preferred supplier and desktop ordering tool.
  • The Concierge will be familiar with the location of emergency exits and procedures. They will also need to be aware of the locations of emergency supplies, AEDs and First Aid Kit(s).
  • Staff safety and support will be a priority during emergency situations.
