Our team of Engineers is responsible for the successful implementation of major capital projects throughout North and South America. These state-of-the-art projects relate to new and upgraded material handling, material preparation, tire-building, and curing processes at our Manufacturing Facilities throughout the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. THE OPPORTUNITY: Michelin has an immediate opening for an Electrical/Automation Engineer to lead, design, and implement electrical and automation solutions to improve our performance in safety, quality, productivity, delivery, costs, and innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to join our America's Central Engineering team in Greenville, SC . As an Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automation solutions that drive efficiency and productivity across our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that leverage advanced technologies such as smart material handling, robotics, AGV, ASRS, vision systems, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
