Responsibilities The Alumni Program Lead manages assigned regional alumni program, providing support for client's post-discharge through reconnect events, support groups, communication timelines, and social media platforms. This position provides weekly on-site alumni groups in assigned region with active clients, and contributes to national media, experience, and morale efforts as assigned by regional APM and National Director of Experience.
