Normal hours are between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday but may work early morning/weekend/evening hours as may be necessary depending on departmental needs.

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education: |
Must possess an undergraduate degree in life sciences or related fields and have 1-2 years of experince in research lab.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior mouse handling experience
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to per form the work. |
Duties and Responsibilities |
THe Reasearch Assistant will conduct technical duties in a cancer reasearch lab; the candidate will be expected to:
Maintain and genotype transgenic mouse colonies
Generate tumor models for immunotherapy
Aid senior lab members and graduate students with ongoing experiments
Responsible for ordering and maintaining lab supplies. |
