Responsibilities: Join our team as a Residential Care Worker and step into an exhilarating role where every moment counts! You'll be at the heart of our program, maintaining schedules and diving into treatment-focused supervision meetings. But that's just the start! Get ready to make a real difference by assisting and coordinating individuals in activities aimed at achieving their treatment goals and smoothly transitioning to a lower level of care. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide and Personal Support Specialist required. Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment. Valid Driver's License preferred. 3.
