We are looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Alignment to implement projects to support the sales territory planning process, coverage model design, and to lead a team in development and implementation of data stewardship solutions.

You will report to our Sr. Director, Planning & Analytics and is fully remote eligible.

You Will:



  • Support the Go To Market organization in territory design and customer segmentation
  • Lead a remote team of data stewards in coordination with stakeholders to improve our master customer data
  • Conducts business analysis to develop accurate and predictive analytics in support of territories and segmentation
  • Develop relationships with the Go To Market leadership organization to ensure programs and communications are aligned with our priorities and outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection, quality of data, and integration of our customer and prospect firmographic information
  • Look for improvement through analytics, quantitative insights, and good business sense
  • Support teams and leaders with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics


You Have:



  • 8+ years of enterprise software or equivalent technology experience with expertise in sales planning, analysis and sales compensation
  • Experience in Cloud, SaaS and similar go to market (GTM)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, planning tools (i.e. Anaplan), commissions platforms (i.e. CaptivateIQ, Xactly), and BI tools and frameworks
  • Expertise in SQL and preparing data for analysis, modeling, and visualization
  • Experience working with a business intelligence tool like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
  • Experience taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses to achieve outcomes
  • A creative ability and process mindset to build solutions.
  • Experience simplifying and explaining complex problems to different types of audience, including executives
  • MBA preferred or equivalent experience

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity and some roles may be eligible for a RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.

$130,000 $167,500 USD
