Remote Patient Services Associate Fully remote ( must reside within 50 miles of Clarksville, IN)! You'll enjoy... Standard Hours - Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM Description: When you join the team as the Patient Services Associate, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients each day as they look to you as part of their dedicated support team for helping them navigate the process to getting access to their complex medication. A typical day in this role will include: o Ownership of your patients cases from initiation to closure to include; benefit investigations, prior authorizations / denial appeals o Determining financial qualifications for assistance programs and assisting patients or other callers/stakeholders through resolution (via email, inbound/outbound calls and using our patented technology) o Building trusted relationships with patients, prescribers, and client stakeholders through proactive communication, o Performing patient level benefits verifications as applicable for all major medical pharmacy benefits plans. Skills & Qualifications: Customer Service 1+ year of Healthcare experience Prior Authorization or Insurance Verification About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
