Our client is looking for a Lead Cable Technician to manage their growing project load in Richmond, VA. They are a rapidly growing Structured Cabling Company that supports ISP projects for commercial and industrial clients. This Lead Cable Technician will oversee a team involved with various projects, including AV, Security, Networking, Cabling, and wireless connectivity in buildings. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of technicians on a day-to-day basis, reporting to various locations in the greater Richmond region. Ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks and maintain high standards of work quality. Provide training and mentorship to team members in relevant areas and technologies. Take responsibility for the overall work completed by the team. Work with low voltage cabling for various installations and projects. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience pulling and terminating fiber optic cables. Proven experience in leading, supervising, or training other technicians. Commercial or Industrial cable experience. *Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
