Overview: Responsible for food production for patients and commercial meal service to on site and satellite facilities. Responsible for purchasing and receiving of all food and non-food items for all cost centers. Assures services meet all regulatory agency requirements. Works to ensure that food served is nutritionally adequate. Shares responsibility of fiscal performance. Responsible for overall plant safety and sanitation and planning for future development and construction of plant upgrades. Qualifications:
