What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of new processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the facility (i.e. process, waste, production).
  • Conduct routine facility walks to assist with the evaluation of system performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and budget management activities.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (i.e Process/Chemical)
  • Understanding of project management and problem-solving tools
  • Basic knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
  • Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead:

  • Experience in lean manufacturing/Six Sigma
  • Leadership/supervisory experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment

For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000- $90,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
