Director of Strategic Engagement & Client Analytics

Your role on the team:



  • Lead consultative engagements with strategic accounts to design personalized solutions and


identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.



  • Optimize client engagement across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, in


collaboration with internal and external teams.



  • Oversee the execution and development of existing client engagements and delivery of client


facing materials.



  • Monitor client health and satisfaction, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Identifying "at risk accounts" and working with support teams to implement turnaround plans to


reduce churn.



  • Utilize data and analytical expertise to provide tailored recommendations that drive client success


and cross sell opportunity.



  • Drive process improvements within the client services department by leveraging the Work To Be


Done (WTBD) Matrix, which outlines GEODIS's commitments to client partnerships.



  • Manage and report progress on the WTBD, ensuring accountability and streamlined workflows.
  • Ensure data-driven client reports and marketing materials align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Client Insights and Marketing to measure and improve the client experience.
  • Build strong relationships across GEODIS functions, ensuring seamless collaboration to support


client services.



  • Lead the adoption, integration, and management of AMOS, ensuring it meets business requirements.
  • Ensure WTBD tasks are regularly updated and reported within AMOS to provide real-time visibility


to stakeholders.



  • Ensure accurate data entry, system updates, and CRM compliance in SFDC.
  • Provide training and support to teams for consistent usage and maximum impact.
  • Analyze critical data points to improve client interactions, monitor client health, and enhance


retention efforts.



  • Supports GEODIS' programs for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality , Ethics, Compliance, CSR


and Sustainability

What you need: (requirements)



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Supply Chain Industry or function
  • Strong consulting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of transportation management, network design, global flows and warehousing design


concepts



  • Experience in a 3PL environment strongly preferred
  • Experience with operations analysis and design
  • Experience with operations management preferred
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred
  • Knowledge of P&L statements
  • PC literate with a command of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Capable of leading High Complexity engagements and inter-functional work teams
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of time
