About Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital Corewell Health Farmington Hills opened on Jan. 19, 1965 as a 200-bed facility known then as Botsford General Hospital. Today, Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital is a 305-bed teaching facility with Level II trauma status. Scope of work Under supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of imaging. Demonstrates good clinical skills and provide the best possible images for interpretation. Applies principles of radiation protection when applicable. Follows Corewell philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times. Qualifications A. Education / Training: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Currently in accredited Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology and/or Ultrasonography program at 2nd year student level. B. Work Experience: * Training can be gained while at student level. C. Certification, Licensure, Registration: * Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers Course from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross.
