Job Summary
Assumes accountability for managing the operational and financial effectiveness and efficiency of patient transport. Develops and implements policies, procedures and processes in coordination with other leaders to ensure the highest quality services are always provided to all customers. Communicates, collaborates and acts as a resource to customers, employees, management, and other members of the health care team, troubleshooting as necessary to meet the volume of runs to provide excellent customer service. Manages the delivery of patient care, ensuring that patients transported, and patient care is provided according to establish standards of care and practice. Assumes accountability for managing the operational, financial, effectiveness and efficiency of Patient Transport. Ability to lead employees on exceptional customer service skills.
