Position Summary:

In this role, you will leverage advanced data analytics to drive strategic insights into our workforce and people practices. You will focus on collecting, analyzing, and reporting on complex employee data, with a particular emphasis on culture, engagement, diversity, sustainability and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Survey Analytics:

    • Design, implement, and analyze employee surveys to extract meaningful insights from quantitative data.

    • Develop and maintain dashboards that monitor key workforce metrics, including engagement levels and diversity indicators.

    • Provide actionable recommendations based on survey results and other employee data sources.

  • Engagement and Diversity Data Analysis:

    • Analyze employee engagement data to identify trends, measure impact, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

    • Evaluate diversity metrics across various dimensions (e.g., gender, ethnicity, age, tenure) to track inclusion.

    • Collaborate with People Team functions to translate these insights into strategic recommendations that enhance employee experience and organizational performance.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Interpret complex data sets related to employee performance, retention, engagement, and sustainability.

    • Ensure data integrity through regular quality checks and gap analyses.

    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Competitive Intelligence and Benchmarking:

    • Collect and analyze industry and internal data to benchmark our people practices against market standards.

    • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements and strategic initiatives.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with People Team leaders and cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into strategic planning and operational decisions.

    • Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:

    • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.

    • 5 or more years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related discipline is required.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, PowerBI, or Tableau.

    • Experience with survey design and analytics tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) is preferred.

  • Competencies:

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.

    • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
