Texas Oncology is looking for an Administrator, Centralized Imaging Scheduling to join our team! This position will oversee operations for our CT, PETCT, and MRI central scheduling call center and authorizations team - this includes both office and work from home employees. Experience with Diagnostic Imaging is strongly preferred. There will be some travel (10% of time) to imaging sites, but there is flexibility in working between home and office. What does the Administrator, Centralized Imaging Scheduling do? (including but not limited to) Provides business office management for physician group, typically in a practice with a minimum of 20 physicians and/or 2 or more outreach facilities with total gross revenue of $100 million or more. Assists Practice Administrator in developing policies, procedures, to gain operational efficiencies and improve service to physicians, patients and employees. Manages repair and replacement of capital equipment and manage general facility repair and property management issues. Manages telecom and IT issues for the facility. Reviews new office technologies. Management of space allocation. Maintains accurate departmental personnel records and payroll records. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
