Your role in our success:

This position's primary responsibility will be to lead and manage SAP transformation Programs efforts at different stages from Business Process Design to solution design, development and deployment. The role will require extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA Utilities (ISU). Looking for a candidate with a strong utility domain background and an expert who understands industry-specific needs, with extensive experience supporting and implementing SAP solutions for Gas or Electric Utilities. The Candidate will need to have experience in CIS, FI and other SAP IS-U solutions in North American Utilities markets. Rich experience in the Utilities Industry with in-depth industry expertise including the industry/digital/technology trends. This role requires a broad understanding of the SAP's IS-Utilities solution and broad knowledge in various key areas which can include: Customer Service/Front Office/C4C, Device Management, AMI, Billing, FI-CA, SAP Financials, Cloud for Energy, Cloud for Utilities, etc.

Who you are:



  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting and implementing SAP systems, solutions and technologies
  • A minimum of 7 years SAP experience in the Utilities Industry with a focus on the IS-U solution (S/4 HANA Utilities) and meter-to-cash functionality with C4C Service Cloud
  • Full-cycle implementation experience in utility(Electricity/Water/Gas)Domain, with hands on technical and deployment experience of CIS & Billing Systems in SAP Utilities
  • Should be able to do As-Is, To-Be models, do the BRD design/blue-prints, able to map business process to best practices
  • Exposure to US Regulated and De-Regulated Markets
  • Should be able to lead the design, build, test and deploy solution in SAP ISU with proficiency in WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, and Forms)
  • Should be able to guide, mentor and review the end to end solution and perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.
  • Integration experience with edge systems - finance system (GL), GIS, Payment, Bill Print, Credit and collection applications, dispatch portal, meter reading and call center applications
  • Experience of leading functional and technical teams, working with consultants/SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle and support activities
  • Experience managing and supporting production environments and AMS services
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to absorb information about internal customer needs, analyze and implement recommendations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-driven individual that has the desire to solve problems and work with team members on designing solutions to enhance the services we provide to our customers
  • Prior experience managing team members including employees and vendors

Preferred Qualifications



  • Knowledge / certification of S4 HANA/Scrum Master / Agile Coach
  • PMP or comparable certification.
  • ITIL for Service Delivery Management
