Hybrid working schedule/ 2 days in the office in Portland, Maine

This position provides day-to-day functional support for multiple comprehensive human resource information systems and is responsible for compiling data and conducting related analyses, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing/analyzing and data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HR Systems Analyst will act as liaison between the HR team, Business areas and IT to provide support for our HR Systems. The HR Systems analyst will also provide training to end users and develop materials to support the end user.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related field preferred.

2. License/Certifications: N/A

3. Experience: Two years of experience with report writing, relational databases concepts, data management/analysis, and project implementation planning required. Experience with creating queries using multiple query tools with the ability to deliver concise, accurate reports and analysis through report writing and validation required. Lawson/Infor experience preferred.

Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent Excel analytical skills. Knowledge of HR processes and HR data.
