JOB DESCRIPTION: HOURS: Monday - Friday during school hours ESTIMATED START DATE: July 22, 2024 COMPENSATION RANGE: $19.50 - $21.01 The Behavior Coach position serves special needs students with severe emotional and behavioral needs. Behavior Coaches work in a classroom setting alongside Metro School staff to develop behavioral interventions and incentives, assist in crises, and participate in meetings to assist in the success of each student. Group sessions are also conducted by each Behavior Coach twice a week. This position is at Murrell School and requires a collaborative approach with school staff and a teamwork attitude.
