The primary responsibility of the Director of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Practices is to manage the ENT practices under their responsibility. This includes management of the physicians and the physician offices. Responsible for setting the direction of the practices to meet hospital and physician goals. This includes physician leadership and communication, practice efficiency, function and customer service, productivity, and growth of the practices and physicians. Responsible for marketing and customer service to referring physicians.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

1. S., B.A. degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or closely associated degree required. .
2. Five (5) years healthcare experience with at least two (2) years in a managerial capacity

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/ LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

1. A relevant master's degree is preferred. Five (5) years healthcare management experience
