Quote Team Specialist Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM *Pay: $24 - $26 per hour (Based on Experience)* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quote Team Specialist to join our team. This full-time, first-shift position offers a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics, print reading, and bill of material/cross-reference identification. They will be responsible for creating and managing quotes for assemblies while serving as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Create accurate quotes for assemblies based on customer requirements, plant routing, quality standards, and material sourcing. Act as a liaison between Sales, Purchasing, the CARE team, and Production, handling questions and updates related to assemblies. Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with both internal and external customers. Monitor the status of customer quotes and provide timely updates. Respond to and resolve internal and external customer inquiries. Collaborate with production planning to ensure accurate labor quoting. Work with the purchasing team to ensure accurate pricing based on customer delivery and costing criteria.
