As the IT Project Manager, you will lead and manage Infrastructure, Security, and ERP-related projects, ensuring successful delivery while contributing to governance and process improvements. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with global teams, guide IT projects, and enhance business operations. Reporting to the Director, Global IT Infrastructure and Operations Actions, we ask that you have a strong background in IT project management, with a focus on Infrastructure, Security, and ERP systems.

You Will:

  • Manage IT projects focused on Infrastructure and Security, ensuring delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.

  • Oversee ERP-related projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and minimal operational disruption.

  • Collaborate with global teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to align projects with business objectives.

  • Participate in governance and process improvement initiatives, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing best practices.

  • Document project statuses and generate reports with key metrics for senior management review.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, emphasizing security and risk management.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the IT team.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing Infrastructure and Security projects, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security principles.

  • Experience with ERP systems and ERP project management.

  • Excellent project management skills, with a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

  • Familiarity with ITIL, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies is a plus.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
