All about the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Spare Parts Engineer professional to join our team!

As a Spare Parts Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our spare parts
solutions align with our safety and quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop,
document, and optimize spare parts solutions required for appliance repairs. Your efforts will directly contribute to
our commitment to providing high-quality products and services that support customer needs and operational
efficiency.

What you'll do:

Reduce the total number of parts stocked and inventory levels through part consolidation.
* Develop, document, and optimize spare parts solutions required for appliance repairs.
* Take ownership of the parts assortment throughout the product lifecycle.
* Create and adapt repair methods and standard times for appliance components and systems.
* Lead internal technical reviews related to spare parts, repair methods, and standard times to ensure
consistency.
* Use data analytics to drive decision-making and support the business based on data insights.
* Develop spare parts kits to support sales and installed equipment in the market.
* Verify fit, form, and function of superseded parts and support activities related to parts obsoletion.
* Research product bills of material, product manuals, and engineering drawings to ensure quoting accuracy.
* Lead spare parts projects and initiatives.
* Provide feedback on current policies and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and preferred qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to lead projects and initiatives effectively.
* Familiarity with product bills of material, product manuals, and engineering drawings.
