Description

Work From Home (WFH) positions available in the Boise, ID area. We are seeking a Travel and Expense (T&E) and Business Support Analyst to work in our Central Service Center. This role is responsible for managing and analyzing the corporate travel, expense, and credit card program, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting various business analytics functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with T&E or other fintech systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

T&E Program:
  • Administer the Program and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Audit employee expenses for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policy.
  • Evaluate the Program to develop and execute a plan for risk mitigation.
  • Provide training and support to users.
  • Support integration of new user groups.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, policy improvements, and gaps in compliance/system usage.
  • Recommend updates to the system functionality for improved reporting, user experience, and reduced risk.
  • Consult with service providers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support projects.
  • Maintain and complete routine updates based on company configuration requirements.
  • Understand and respond to system changes - develop recommendations for enhancements and provide input for communicating updates to key users.
  • Develop and maintain existing training and informational resources using SharePoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues, formulate recommendations, and enlist the appropriate parties to drive resolution.
  • Utilize analytical skills to further develop data collection and reporting.
Additional:
  • Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of financial and operational data to support Central Service Center Principal Analyst.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support the development and design of reporting.
  • Support AP and CSC functions and tasks, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong understanding of business analytics principles and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, certification is preferred.
  • Experience with analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  • Experience working with SAP, or similar, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is preferred.
  • Experience with travel and expense management systems (e.g., Navan, Concur) or other fintech systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint design and maintenance is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibits willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment and proactively jumps in to assist team when needed.
  • Must be a self-starter and goal oriented.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, peers, and all levels of management, with the appropriate level of discretion.
  • Continuous process improvement mindset.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in business analytics, finance, or a related role
    OR
  • Equivalent experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Corporate office environment or home office with frequent use of phone and PC
  • New Employee training is held in the office. WFH is offered after training is complete.
